What is your return policy?

ENET Adapter Questions
Which ENET adapter should I buy?
For most users, the standard ENET WiFi adapter ($69) is perfect. For professionals or G-Series owners, the Type-C version ($299) with DOIP and voltage display is recommended.
Does it work with my iPhone?
Yes. Our WiFi adapters work with both iOS and Android devices. iPhone and iPad users can connect via the WiFi network created by the adapter.
What is the WiFi password?
The default password is printed on the adapter label. If lost, contact our WhatsApp support with your order number.
Can I use it for Bootmod3 and MHD?
Absolutely. Our ENET adapters are fully tested and compatible with Bootmod3, MHD, BimmerCode, BimmerLink, and all major BMW tuning apps.
Feature Activation Questions
Is coding safe for my car?
Yes. Feature activation only unlocks features that already exist in your BMW's software. It does not alter core systems or safety functions.
Can I revert coding changes?
Yes. All coding software creates an automatic backup of your original settings. You can revert to stock at any time.
Do I need an ENET adapter for coding?
Yes. You need an ENET adapter (WiFi or cable) to connect your device to the vehicle's OBD port for coding.
Tuning Questions
Will tuning void my warranty?
Tuning may affect your factory warranty. However, flashing back to stock before dealer visits removes all traces of tuning.
Can I flash back to stock?
Yes. Both Bootmod3 and MHD allow you to flash back to the original stock map at any time. This takes just 10 minutes.
What power gains can I expect?
Stage 1 typically adds 50-80 HP on stock hardware. Stage 2 with supporting mods can add 100-150 HP depending on engine.

Are the parts genuine BMW?
Yes. We use genuine BMW parts or OEM-equivalent components from the same manufacturers that supply BMW.
Can I install retrofits myself?
Many kits are designed for DIY installation with detailed guides. Complex retrofits like digital clusters may require professional installation.
